300 A Street, LLC started with a porch full of rescued houseplants and a belief that living with greenery shouldn't require a botany degree. We partner directly with family-run nurseries across Florida and California to source healthy, nursery-hardened specimens.
Every plant is inspected, re-potted if necessary, and shipped in custom packaging designed to survive the journey. We include a species-specific care card with every order because we want your plant to thrive for years — not just survive the first week.
Our planters are made in small runs by ceramicists and concrete artisans in the US, chosen because they drain well, age gracefully, and actually look good on a shelf.

We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason. All content on this site — text, images, logos, product descriptions — is our property and may not be reproduced without written consent. Prices may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue any product at any time.
2. Products and Orders
Product descriptions, images, and care guides are provided as accurately as possible. Living plants are natural products; slight variations in size, shape, leaf count, and color are normal and expected — they reflect the individuality of each specimen.
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Acceptance occurs when the order ships and a shipping confirmation is sent.
3. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax and shipping, both calculated at checkout. We accept major credit and debit cards processed securely through our third-party payment provider at the time of order.
4. Shipping Policy
Domestic (United States): Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Plants are shipped Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays and heat or cold exposure. Expedited 2-day shipping is available at additional cost. Free standard shipping on orders over $100.
International: Available to select countries via USPS or UPS, typically 10–21 business days. Due to agricultural regulations, live plants may not be shipped to all destinations. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees.
Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom or seasonal items may require additional time, communicated at purchase.
Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.
Live Plant Guarantee: All live plants ship with a heat pack (winter) or cold pack (summer) as needed and are packaged to minimize transit damage.
5. Return and Refund Policy
Live Plants: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. However, if your plant arrives damaged, dead, or in poor health, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Non-Perishable Items (Planters, Accessories): Returns of unused items in original packaging accepted within 30 days of delivery. Contact a01074121944@gmail.com with your order number for return instructions.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Non-Returnable: Gift cards, items marked final sale, and custom/personalized orders are not eligible for return.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product names, and site content are the intellectual property of 300 A Street, LLC, protected under applicable US copyright and trademark laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
